Those days, we discuss some topic on job, I thought of some ideas to how to find suitable job.
1. Famous company. those company make my pride, I think that's exciting work, such as Google....etc. Of course these company are hardly to enter, however, I will try my best.
2. Well-paid company. If can not meet the famous company, the salary must be satisfied, means maybe find a heavy work load company,
but this is temporary, try to improve myself and find more suitable job.
3. Like-minded company. Thore company are not famous and not well-paid, but I have passion to work, because we have some target, the cooperat should be better than others company. Work in this kinds of company should be more smoothly.
There are no perfect thing, only the thing we try do better. a suitable job also need some necessary preparation.
1. A good Curriculum Vitae.
2. Recommend letter: try to get it before graduate or leave previous job.
3. Formal wear when interview.
4. A namecard should be better, look like profession.
5. Any honor certificates when interview.
6. try to find different company, make compare, then can get better.
I will find out more answer before graduate.

As employer
A advertisement company, the designer is most important people, they should have kinds of ability. As employer, I have to some require to them.
For junior worker, no or less experience
1. Honest: this is basic requirement.
2. Young people: They advance with the times, as advertisement company must have.
3. Professional ability: software skill, base in advertisement.
3. Passion: devote their work.
4. Market: be familiar with market.
5. Cooperation: no cooperation, no succeed.
6: Improvement: improve own ability.
7. Creative: unique perspective, new idea
8. Courage: they can point employer shortage (even wrong).
For senior worker, rich experience, in addition above, there also have
9. Responsibility: they can make it on they own.
10. Judgement: they can judge the thing.
11. Efficiency: time is gold.
12. Manage: they can manage project.
Addition, as employer I have some work are not good enough, for example
1. Passion: may be I am not young any more.
2. Creative: thinking less as employer, all my work is count and repeat.
3. Stingy: I am capitalist indeed.
4: Employee overtime: sometime no choice.
5: Restrict: employee not allow access facebook on working time : )

Advanced professional Practice
Talk about myself and my classmate.
My name is Wang Yong, I am a little bit quiet people, I like pohotography very much. Now I study graphic design. Usually I like play video game and read Japanese comics.
Wong Hsien Loong is my classmate in Legenda college, we often discuss everything, like study, lifttime, game. we have lots of of common interest. He has very rich bussiness mind, now he has plan which is open a company to make big money in the future.
Eng is a personality girl, she like music very well, always wear earphone. Her design style has unique feeling and very strong impact, also she very like play Angry Bird.
Li Qian was study animation design, her works look like very cute. her had read many Japanese cartoon.
Dai Ying is very good graphic designer, especially her hard draw skill looks professional.
