As employer

A advertisement company, the designer is most important people, they should have kinds of ability. As employer, I have to some require to them.

For junior worker, no or less experience

1. Honest: this is basic requirement.

2. Young people: They advance with the times, as advertisement company must  have.

3. Professional ability: software skill, base in advertisement.

3. Passion: devote their work.

4. Market: be familiar with market.

5. Cooperation: no cooperation, no succeed.

6: Improvement: improve own ability.

7. Creative: unique perspective, new idea

8. Courage: they can point employer shortage (even wrong).

For senior worker, rich experience, in addition above, there also have

9. Responsibility: they can make it on they own.

10. Judgement: they can judge the thing.

11. Efficiency: time is gold.

12. Manage: they can manage project.

Addition, as employer I have some work are not good enough, for example

1. Passion: may be I am not young any more.

2. Creative: thinking less as employer, all my work is count and repeat.

3. Stingy: I am capitalist indeed.

4: Employee overtime: sometime no choice.

5: Restrict: employee not allow access facebook on working time : )
